1. Needs Assessment -
We start with our Free 15 minute phone Consultation to determine your specific plant goals and to see weather deeper greeN is the right match for your project. After determining a good project fit, an appointment is made for an onsite consultation.
2. Preliminary Presentation / Budget - After reviewing the specifics of your project, come back with an set of recommendations, visual aides and general budget ranges for discussion to ensure that you get the best value on your potential investment. Digital photos are also shot for offsite design analysis.
3. Formal Design- Some projects can proceed from the preliminary stage right into Installation. However, in many cases, the next step is to provide a flat fee package price for the scope of our services. We often include digital images to make sure you see the results you'll be getting-- before any work begins.
4. Implementation- Upon approval of our design package, your Personalized Project Preparation begins.
6. Preparation/ Delivery /Installation- Once your proposal has been approved, we arrange for our installation team to begin work within your schedule. Plantris will even install your project after hours if that works best for you.
7. Final Walk through- Once your project is completed, Debra walks with you through your space to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new environment. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
8. Follow UP- Keeping your plants alive is our business. After our installation, we provide our commercial clients with optional Guaranteed, Non- Toxic Pro Plant Care Service. Under contract, a well trained horticultural professional will begin caring for your new plants. Residential customers are provided with knowledge and equipment to assume their own in house maintenance.
9. Follow Through- deeper greeN makes a special effort to stay in touch as you get used to your new botanical environment. We are committed, to the long term plants health of your new plants, and offer one FREE Plant Progress visit within a week of installation... And, we're technically supportive on the web, email, phone or fax.
10. Our business is built on referrals- We now offer our clients more ways to save money on service visits through our Client Referral Program. Simply refer us to your friends, colleagues, businesses et. and for each client referral that we land-- you'll get a FREE PRO PLANT CARE VISIT! (Installations excluded)
